WEFTEC 2021: Traffic Rated Conversations

The Cretex Specialty Products team attended the WEFTEC 2021 Show in Chicago. While attendance was a bit low compared to previous years, the sessions and conversations that took place were extremely beneficial.

Our team spent a lot of time discussing the benefits of the PRO-RING manhole grade adjustment system with attendees that visited our booth. Of particular interest to a number of attendees was the fact that the PRO-RING is traffic rated. The system has been tested to meet, and exceed, the requirements of AASHTO M-306, HS-20 and HS-25 loading.

In addition, it has been designed to stand up to the harshest of conditions without damage or deformity for many years. Since the show was in Chicago, IL, this was a key point as the Midwest tends to experience harsh winters.

We certainly find trade shows like these to be valuable because they give us the opportunity to discuss industry trends and have meaningful conversations with customers. We plan to be at WEFTEC again in 2022 in New Orleans. We’ll be at booth #2218, so be sure to stop by.
